At TriCare Services we are proud to provide a high standard of care to all our clients. As such we are always looking to expand our team to help us deliver this high standard of care. We place strong emphasis on not just the level of care, training, reliability and professionalism of each of our team members, but also in their ability to uphold our organisational values and goals.

TriCare Services expects that all our support workers will fulfil the following requirements:

  • Certificate lll in Individual Support (or actively working towards attainment).
  • National Police Clearance (no more than 6 months old)
  • Working With Children Check (WWCC)
  • Senior First Aid or equivalent.
  • Manual Handling Training
  • Medication Administration Training
  • Victorian drivers license
  • Mobile Phone and Access to Email
  • If applicable, relevant insurances and access to a road worthy, safe and reliable Vehicle.

For anyone working with children, we also require:

  • Child Protection Training

We highly value those workers who meet these requirements and hold themselves to the highest standards of professionalism particularly in relation to reliability, respect, punctuality and professional boundaries.
